![]() Take this newly created Gmail shortcut that’s on your desktop and click + drag it onto an empty spot on your taskbar. This will place a Gmail shortcut icon on your desktop. You can use the default file name or choose your own. This is the Chrome browser Customization menu. Once you are signed into Gmail (viewing your e-mails), click on the top right of the browser (it looks like 3 dots). You’re not signed into Gmail, have not installed the Gmail app, or want to create a Gmail account and pin it to the taskbar…ġ.
